The inauguration ceremony for Pakistani mangoes at National Azabu was a landmark event, celebrating the introduction of Pakistan’s famed mango varieties to the Japanese market.

The occasion was honored by Pakistan’s Ambassador to Japan, Mr. Raza Bashir Tarar, Trade Counsellor Miss Madiha Ali, and Mr. Ramzan Siddique, Managing Director of Washin Trading. In his address, Mr. Tarar highlighted the exceptional quality of Pakistani mangoes, focusing on celebrated varieties like Sindhri, Chaunsa, and Anwar Ratol, which are renowned worldwide for their sweetness, flavor, and fragrance.

He explained that these mangoes are grown in Pakistan’s ideal climate, making them some of the best in the world. The event featured a tasting session, allowing guests to savor the rich, aromatic taste of these premium mangoes. Mr. Tarar also expressed gratitude to Washin Trading for their role in bringing these delicious fruits to Japan, helping promote bilateral trade and cultural exchange.
